Product Description	dGTP, 2'-deoxyguanosine 5'-triphosphate, is commonly used in PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or DNA synthesis, primer extension reaction, DNA sequencing, and other conventional molecular biology applications.The molecular formula of dGTP is C10H13N5O13P3Na3 with a molecular weight of 573.2 (507.2 in acid form). Its maximum absorption wavelength is 253nm. This dGTP solution is prepared with ultrapure water to a concentration of 100mM. The pH is titrated to 7.5 with high-purity NaOH solution. This product is free of DNase and RNase. This product can be directly used for various conventional molecular biology applications such as PCR. Precautions： This product can be thawed at room temperature. Keep it on ice for use and store at -20ºC immediately after use.This product is for R&D only.
