Operation method
Urine Screening Tests Move Take 3~5 ml of urine, centrifuge (2000 rpm) for 3~5 minutes, and take the sediment for microscopic examination. However, for celiac disease, an equal amount of ether should be added, and the fat should be dissolved in ether by vigorous shaking. Then the fat layer should be aspirated, centrifuged, and the sediment taken for microscopic examination. Common Problems 1. Trichomonas vaginalis examination;2. Microfilarial examination;3.
