Beef Powder is a yellowish-brown to brown powdered product made from fresh beef through defatting, digestion, filtration, concentration and spray drying. This product is rich in water-soluble substances such as creatine, creatinine, polypeptides, amino acids, nucleotides, organic acids, minerals and vitamins. It also contains relatively high levels of sulfur-containing amino acids, as well as more vitamins and other growth factors required for bacterial growth. Its main function is to supplement nutritional deficiencies of peptone and other nitrogen sources, serving as a high-grade raw material for culture media in the microbial fermentation industry.
Directions for Use:
Used as a culture medium raw material. Dissolve thoroughly and sterilize before use.
