Product Description

It participates in the quantitative precipitation of histones as well as basic compounds present in an acid tissue extract by forming reineckate complexes.
Reinecke Salt Monohydrate may be used as a precipitation reagent for the isolation of quaternary ammonium alkaloids (QAAs) in the dried powder of Rhizoma Corydalis. Quantitative analysis of these QAAs was conducted by MALDI-MS (Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization - Mass Spectrometry). It may be used for the fabrication of bulk Meldola blue-zirconium phosphate-Reinecke salt screen-printed electrodes (bMBZrPRs-SPEs).
