Product Description

Potassium periodate is a simple ionic salt, only slightly soluble in water, that has been used to determine potassium concentrations, as an oxidizing agent, and as a source for oxygen. This compound has also been used to determine the concentration of other compounds via the measurement of the reaction that occurs between DPC and potassium periodate.
