When 1-4mM MgCl2 is contained, the concentration of each dNTP is 200 μ M. Product application:

The 10x PCR buffer without MgCl2 has been used with PCR enzyme. The 10X PCR buffer without MgCl2 has been used as a component in the PCR amplification mixture for the amplification of mycotoxin mold DNA, parasite DNA and Fusarium oxysporum DNA.
