eGFP mRNA (enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein) encodes a green fluorescent protein, which is isolated from jellyfish (Aequorea victoria). Its maximum excitation/emission wavelengths are 488nm and 509nm respectively. When transfected into cells, it can express enhanced green fluorescence and can be used as a control to study the transfection and expression of target genes in mammalian cells. This product mimics mature mRNA with a 5'Cap 1 structure and a 3'poly(A) tail, making it an ideal choice for studying transfection and expression using various assay methods.
