Product Description	DMTr-PEG12-Azide is a linker containing a dimethoxytrityl-protected alcohol and an azide group. Dimethoxytrityl (DMTr) can be removed by a weak acid. The azide group can react with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry to yield a stable triazole linkage. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.
